The Bag Bug® is made of the following materials: Stainless steel, precious metals, and silicon. Some Bag Bug® designs are adorned with precious or semi-precious stones and or silk fabric.


Is there a Bag Bug® for every type of purse strap?

The Bag Bug® is compatible with most average-sized flat and round purse straps. Please refer to the sizing guideline for detailed information. We recommend the Bag Bug not be used on the following strap(s):

How do I care for my Bag Bug®?

Regular cleaning and care for your product are highly recommended.

To maintain your Bag Bug® clean and shiny, polish the top part of your Bag Bug with a soft and slightly humid jewelry cloth as often as you like. To clean the pad, use a soft humid cloth as often as needed.

How often can I wear my Bag Bug®?

The Bag Bug® can be worn on a daily basis.



How do I purchase a Bag Bug®?

What payment methods does Bag Bug LLC accept?

Bag Bug LLC accepts a variety of payment options: Visa, American Express, MasterCard & Discover cards as well as PayPal.


Is it safe to use my credit card online?

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you did not receive an email in your inbox or spam folder from Bag Bug LLC within a few hours after placing your, please contact our customer service for assistance at support@bag-bug.com.


Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours of the order placement at support@bag-bug.com detailing the reason for cancellation and one of our team members will contact you. We will do our best to cancel your order. Past the first 24 hours from order placement, orders cannot be canceled.


I made a mistake in my order / I misspelled my information.

Please contact our customer care via email at support@bag-bug.com so we can correct any information as soon as possible before your item(s) has been shipped out. Please note, once your package is shipped, Bag Bug LLC will not be responsible for lost packages.

If packages are marked “Return to Sender” due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we will credit your account for the product(s) ordered minus the shipping fee.


I pre-ordered a Bag Bug and would like to cancel the order, is that possible?

By pre-ordering products, you are authorizing the services to automatically charge your account and download the product when it becomes available. You may cancel your pre-order prior to the time the item becomes available.

The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as for all other orders.


I have a promo code. How do I use it?

You may enter your promo code in your shopping cart, just above the checkout button.


Can I add items to an order I just placed?

Yes. If you are able to contact us at support@bag-bug.com within 24 hours after placing your order, we should be able to combine the two orders. However, we cannot guarantee that the additional items will ship together with the first order. It depends on how quickly our team has processed your first order. We will do our best to accommodate you as best as possible. 


I placed an order, but haven't seen any bank movement/notification from Bag Bug LLC after several days.

Our team may need to contact you to verify your personal information. In any case, someone from our support team will reach out to you as soon as an issue arises and as soon as resolved, proceed to ship your items as quickly as possible.


Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, it is. Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be private and confidential. At no point will Bag Bug LLC share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

Yes, an account is required to place an order with us. You can accumulate rewards via our Referral Rewards (link) program.


What are the benefits of having a Bag Bug account?

Your Bag Bug account will enable you to easily check your current order status, track past orders, accumulate reward points through our Referral Rewards program (soon available), and eventually be upgraded to VIP status whereby you will have exclusive access to special offers, promotions, and contests.


How do I create my Bag Bug account?

Simply go to www.bag-bug.com and follow step 1 or 2 below. Either path will lead you to creating your account.

  1. Click the person icon on the top right hand corner of the web page. When your mouse hovers over the icon you should see the words MY ACCOUNT.
    1. Underneath the Login box, there will be test stating “I do not have a customer account. Create one here”.
    2. Click on Create one here.
  2. From the Boutique, once you have added an item to your purse (shopping cart), click on the shopping purse to view the items in your cart.
    1. Select your State of residence.
    2. Click the ORDER button.
    3. In the box to the right you will be able to create your account.


I have forgotten my password – how can I recover it?

Click on the link for Forgot Password below the Login Box. You will be prompted to enter your email and a new password. You will receive an email prompting you to confirm your new password.



How is my order delivered?

Bag Bug uses a range of courier companies depending on where you are located. Depending on the service you select, the courier may or may not require a signature upon delivery. For some shipments, tracking numbers are available, and when available Bag Bug includes them in the order shipment notification email so you can track your order at any time.

*Please Note: We will not be responsible for failed delivery due to no one being available to accept the parcel upon delivery, loss of parcel during transit or change of address causing a failed delivery.


How long after I place my order will it ship in the USA?

Bag Bug aims to process your order(s) on the date it was placed. However, depending on the volume of sales or the time of year, it can take up to 2 to 3 days to be shipped from our warehouse in the USA. Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed by 12:00 pm CST will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 12:00 pm CST will ship the next day. Kindly note shipping may be delayed in case the delivery address provided is not verifiable or an order is flagged for any other discrepancies. You may also view the status of your order by logging into your account on www.bag-bug.com.


How much does the shipping cost for delivery within the USA?

Shipping rates vary depending on the service requested, speed of delivery, and the number of articles ordered.


How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and your package has shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping details and tracking information (when available).


Tracking my order

How can I track my package (US only)?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll get your tracking number when available, depending on the delivery service you requested. Visit the courier’s website and enter the tracking number emailed to you to track the status of your package.


My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

Bag Bug LLC provides you with the option of tracking your package(s).

If the tracking information states that your item has been delivered but you have not received it, please get in touch with the courier and discuss the issue with them. You may also contact our team at support@bag-bug.com. We will do our best to assist you. However, Bag Bug, LCC is not responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. You may also contact your local mail carrier and/or post office to file a claim.



I am in the USA and want to return an item I am not satisfied with. What should I do?

Bag Bug strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery and in new, unused condition with original packaging for any item purchased directly from us or from our website. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.


Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for e-store credit.

*Reward points associated with the purchase will be deducted from your account if you do choose a refund.


What are the conditions for exchanges returns or refunds?

Bag Bug offers 3 easy return options:

(1) Return for Bag Bug e-store credit for free;

(2) Exchange for another item for free plus shipping & handling;

(3) Return for a refund* minus a $5.95 restocking fee.

Conditions for returns or exchanges:

  • The item/s are returned in saleable condition, in their original packaging and with all tags still intact.
  • The item/s have not been worn, damaged or other.
  • We are notified within 48 hours of you receiving your order.
  • The item/s must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the date of delivery or they will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping must by a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bag Bug takes no responsibility for missing or late incoming deliveries.
  • Purchases made with a discount/sale code will not be eligible for any exchange, return, or refund.

Please note that any e-store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as e-store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.

I am an international customer and want to return an item.

Please contact us at support@bag-bug.com before returning an item, as there are special circumstances when we cannot accept a return from an international location. We will do our best to accommodate you. We are not responsible for returns until they reach our warehouse.


My package was returned to Bag Bug, what do I do now?

All packages that are undeliverable and returned to Bag Bug due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit minus a $5.95 restocking fee. If you have contacted us and provided us with the correct information prior to the return, we will reship the package to the address of your choice. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. 


How can I contact Bag Bug to exchange an item?

Where do I send my return?

How long does it take to process returns?

The process takes between 7 - 10 business days to complete after your item(s) are received at our warehouse.


When will I receive my exchange?

When the warehouse receives your item/s we will send you an email confirmation. Your exchange will then be processed and you will receive your store credit code. Bag Bug will send you an email notification when your store credit is activated so that you may select your item for exchange and place our order.

Can I get a refund for my order?

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and our website contains detailed size charts for every single item for your reference. We also understand that it is not a perfect world. Due to the nature of our business, Bag Bug does not offer refunds. Please email us if you have any issues with your order and we can work out a solution on a case by case basis.



  • If an order is received with any item/s missing, we will refund the price paid for the missing item/s upon receipt of the original item at the Bag Bug warehouse.
  • If an order is received with any faulty item/s and this item is no longer available, we will provide a store credit or refund upon receiving the faulty item/s back.


What is the refund process for a returned item?

Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.


I received a faulty/defective item, what do I do?

Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email our team immediately at support@bag-bug.com (within 48 hours of receipt of the item) and include dated photos showcasing the damage. 


What should I do if I received the wrong product?

We apologize if you received the wrong order. Please contact Bag Bug immediately at support@bag-bug.com with all the pertinent details so we can resolve this issue for you.


I got my order, but an item is missing. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing, you must contact our customer support team at support@bag-bug.com within 48 hours of receipt and let us know.
